Thanksgiving Weekend November 28th
Tree Lighting Ceremony & Gingerbread House Competition. See the Christmas lights burst into life in the Beaver Creek Plaza! Free cookies and hot chocolate, Free ice skating, Fireworks, Christmas carols and of course, the finals of the annual Gingerbread House Competition. Truly a wonderful family evening.

4:00- 8:30pm Free public viewing and silent auction of the Gingerbread House Competition entries in Gerald R. Ford Hall at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. Benefitting CASA- Court Appointed Special Advocates- helping children in the Vail Valley and beyond.

5:30- 6:30pm Tree Lighting Ceremony on Beaver Creek Plaza. Enjoy holiday musical performances, a visit from Santa Claus, and fireworks!

7:00pm Free family movie at the Vilar Performing Arts Center. Free tickets are available beginning at 6pm at the Vilar Center box office. Seating is first come, first served.

7:00- 9:00pm Free ice skating on the Family Ice Rink.

December 31- New Year's Eve Fireworks display & Torchlight Ski-down
Parents and children are invited to participate in a special glow-worm ski down from the top of the Buckaroo Express gondola. Registration begins at 6:00pm and uploading begins at 6:30pm. Open to all ages, level 5 ability or higher. Beaver Creek is the perfect place for a family New Year's Eve celebration. After a great day of skiing, dine at one of our signature restaurants, followed by a dazzling fireworks display over the mountain and the village!
